This abandon isolated site used to be owned by the M.O.D which was sold to our private client at Canary Wharf. This site was used in World War II then transferred into a open prison when it closed in 1960.
The site was then sold by the MOD to a private investor. The site is over 100 acres and AP Maintenance Ltd recently erected and installed the hoarding and fencing to protect it from trespassers.
The site is also protected with the conduct of routine foot patrols and security checks.
It is our responsibility to maintain the site is secure and nobody has carried out any malicious or acts of vandalism. This site eventually will be demolished and the plan is to build 12 luxury houses.
